Garden Landscape Design + Fencing

A very positive experience using Kris and KGK Surrey Ltd and we are delighted with our new garden. We had our whole garden cleared, new fence(s), new slate patio, new composite decking, raised concrete planters, new gate, shed base, full path, new turf lawns and all electrics done. From the outset Kris listened to what I wanted and had creative ideas to make the most of our space and get the best for our budget. He is punctual, diligent and patient- coming to site 3 times before we commissioned him. I was very impressed with how quickly his team worked and they were very considerate and tidy etc. We had some delays with materials which was through no fault of KGK and they handled it very well and committed to finishing our job before starting another. All through the garden renovation the communication was very good- checking in and also making sure I was happy. Kris had expertise on areas which helped us as garden novices and we are very pleased with the quality of work. Kris was flexible with last minute changes and we feel he was reasonable in his pricing. I was also impressed by how specific Kris was with his quote and invoicing which made for a very easy interaction as both parties knew where they stood. I would happily recommend Kris and in fact he is quoting for my parents garden now! We have one item outstanding (waiting for lateral wood fence to mature before we can paint it) and I trust Kris to come back and complete in due course.
