Garden makeover to do the following: - Cut down and remove top layer of grass - Remove dispose of small 2mx1m greenhouse in bottom corner - Supply and install artificial grass (about 6m x 4m) to include preparation works and drainage. - Build perimeter seating (optional, depends on your advice/recommendation) - Repaint decking (3mx4m) - Tidy up/replace back fence & gate
Preferred project dates: Between Sat 26 May to Sunday 3 June -1 parking space provided on drive (for parking or skip) - Access to site via a passage at back of property.
