The garden is 3x7m. Ideally we are looking for the existing damaged patio to be replaced which is approximately 3x4m with light gray tiles. There is a drainage cover 300mm x 500mm that will need to be dropped.
The garden has a brick wall but needs wooden fence to be installed 1.75x5m on one wall and 1.75x7m on the other wall. Turf to be laid approx 2.75x2m
